Oversees the creative development and direction for the division, developing high-quality visual and written content across all channels (web, video, radio, advertising, publications, and print collateral)

Provides brand coaching to divisional staff and corps officers bi-annually on the creative process and current best practices ensuring one seamless organization.

Implemented centralized access to critical information for staff using SharePoint technology to ease the search for current, approved language and talking points on sensitive topics.

Restructured the social media strategy to center on content marketing efforts and community engagement.

Provides creative direction and editorial leadership for digital communications and engagement campaigns, resulting in an increased social media presence of 400% on Facebook and 340% on Instagram in one year.
